Welcome bidders, you are bidding on a great piece! This is the ’08 Gibson USA Guitar Of The Month Reverse Explorer. 24.75" scale. 1 11/16" nut width. 8 lbs. #38 out of just 1000 pieces. This is an awesome body shape- the infamous Explorer- only reversed! Featuring the tried and true mahogany body/neck combination- this one has got tone to spare. Solid lows and cutting mids. The dual ’57 humbuckers grab this and add that infamous PAF mojo. The ’57 Classic Plus in the bridge is perfect for tight rhythm crunch and searing leads. The ’57 Classic in the neck brings that incredible singing sustain. A true tone machine. The neck here features a slim .80" thickness. With its flat C profile and 12" fretboard radius, this is an incredibly fast neck. The Steinberger tuning machines are some of the best machines out there. Featuring a gearless design and 40:1 tuning ratio, these are like having fine tuners. Incredibly effective. In terms of aesthetics the Antique Walnut Finish, gold hardware, carbon fiber pickguard, copper pickup covers, & art deco logo- this is just pure beauty. This Reverse Explorer is in mint condition- purchased as a collector piece. The low number makes it an important piece for any collector, the playability and tone make it a great player piece. 6. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to the Russian Federation due to a high rate of theft.
7. Due to new USPS guidelines- certain countries will not accept USPS packages over 42". If that is the case, we can remove the neck or, if it is a set/neck-thru we can ship Fedex International for an additional charge.
